the record.

And now, batting clean up for the san francisco giants, standing at 5'9" 220 pounds and a size 8 1/2 head, Trent Mano!

I assume that would be my measurements if I juiced. But it's not likely that I would bat clean up for the Giants. While I believe that it is indisbutable that Bonds is a user of steriods, I think it's not in question of his actual talent. If I took all the steriods in the world, corked my bat and had my runner on second base (who used to be a pitcher for the opposing team) steal signs for me, I still wouldn't be able to hit a Major League fastball, curveball, splitter, changeup, slowball, or moneyball. So Bonds does have something going for him. He is an exceptionally talented player, regardless of the cheating that he has done.

But I still don't like him. Notice I didn't say hate. I've said that I hate him previously. Chances are I'll say it again sometime in the future. But any man that gets respect from Hank Aaron like that gets a couple points in my books. He has exhibited some class, showing a tender moment in his respect for his father, Willie Mays and Hank Aaron. He shared his moment with his family, which was nice.

But at the end of the day he's a still cheater. Bonds himself said that "the record is not tainted". But it is. I beat Contra on Nintendo a million times by using up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, a, b, a, b, start, but i never felt good about it until I did it without the code. Bud Selig said that breaking the record required longevity. But so did beating contra with the konami code. The only thing was that my longevity came artificially, as did Bonds'.

So sports fans are left waiting for A-Rod to break sports most prestigious record and unasterisk the "untainted record".
